NUESTRA CASA is a radio program that first aired on 88.1-KFCF on March 30, 2012. The monthly show features interviews with key associates of our cultural center, information about current/upcoming exhibits, and musical selections by artists to be featured in our summer concert series.

APRIL 2013 EDITION: Linda Aragon, Adult Programming Librarian for the Fresno County Library discusses this year's book selection for The Big Read: Rodolfo Anaya's "Bless Me Ultima" and the many activities being scheduled throughout the country over the next few months. Dr. Shane Moreman, Interim Executive Director of The Center for Creativity & the Arts (CCA) at Fresno State joins us along with visiting Fullbright Scholar Grzegorz "Greg" Welizarowicz, a professor at the English and American Studies Institute at the University of Gdansk, Poland. Welizarowicz's current work is dedicated to the trajectory of the California-based Chicano Theater group Culture Clash
FEBRUARY 2013 EDITION: Spotlighting the trio of environmentally-themed exhibits currently on display, this show features an interview with artists/authors Ken and Melanie Light whose show "Valley of Shadows and Dreams" is on view in the Community Gallery. Fresno State sculpture professor and "Nothing Wasted" participant Edward Gillum talks about the inspiration behind his submitted works and the recyling-based exhibit.
JANUARY 2013 EDITION: Features interviews with long-time Arte Americas volunteer and advisor Helen Rael, multimedia artists and muralist FranCisco Vargas and Fresno Philharmonic Executive Director Stephen Wilson.
NOVEMBER 2012 EDITION: Features interviews with Arte Americas preparator Adam Mena, Cultural Arts supporter advocate Sally Caglia, and "Sabor Del Valle" curator Dr. Manuel Peña who will takl about his upcoming lecture-listening party
OCTOBER 2012 EDITION: Features interview with Joe Avila : Community Outreach Manager for the Ford Motor Company Fund, Evelyn Figeroa of Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service (SITES) and Project Manager for the upcoming "American Sabor" exhibit, and artists Diana Rodriguez and Madlyn Esquer, whose altar-installation has been featured in various local news media in television and print. AUGUST 2012 EDITION: Features interviews with Gordon Fuglie and Tim Anderson from the Central California Museum of Art, and artist/musician John Martin III of the musical groups Samba Central and Cerro Negro.
JULY 2012 EDITION: Features interviews with Chris Torres Consumer Family Advocate for Mental Health Services for Centro La Famila, Melissa Reimer, English Teacher at McLane High School, and artist Linda Vallejo.
JUNE 2012 EDITION: Features interviews with McLane High School art teacher Marc Patterson (who coordinated the year-long project that evolved into the current "Vida En Las Sombras" exhibit,) Google Mexicans artist Luis Bravo and Arte Americas graduate intern Meghan Cartier.
MAY 2012 EDITION : This show aired during the KPFA/KFCF pledge drive and there was only room for a couple of songs and this interview with artist and grantwriter Linda Vallejo
